We're on yet another platform hahaha

After hearing about leaflet from HikaTamika, I decided to try and give it a go. I'm not sure if I will end up using it as much as I do my blog (my main place! my house! my homepage!), but it could be useful for cross posting from there! I'm trying to blog more and get into the swing of it again- but since there's no metrics I don't know if anyone reads them- and while partially a blessing it does feel a little lonely!!

As much as I looooved Bluesky (am I allowed to say that the time shortly before and after it became public is the best era? are we allowed to call times on Bsky "eras" now) I kinda need to accept that the ship is gonna sink pretty soon- aaaaannnddd it's probably a good idea to leave socials behind or just check up on them every few days or weeks instead of every day for my own sanity. I really do feel the exhaustion of scrolling a bit every day- whether I make it to the end (where I left off) or not. Also the constant slew of information and updates at lightning speed is tiring me out. At this point I just want a newsletter to subscribe to haha

Bsky will save your searches until you delete them- and most often I just find myself "bookmarking" profiles and scrolling through them instead of my following tab instead askshdgdkd (should actually bookmark the pages on my browser instead of the chaotic neutral way tho)

So that's where I'm at!!
